GrantPath Terms of Service
Effective October 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Gnosis Concepts Inc. ("Gnosis," "we," "us"), a Texas-based service-disabled veteran-owned small business. They cover your use of GrantPath at grantpath-ai.com, including its readiness tools, grant search, application and award workspaces, reminders and the AI assistant (together, the "Service").
By signing up for an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't sign up, sign in or use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, such as a business, church, ministry or nonprofit, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.
1. Who can use GrantPath
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- The Service is for organizations and the people who work or volunteer for them, not for personal, family or household purposes.
- You may not use the Service if U.S. law bars you from receiving it.
2. The Service
GrantPath helps organizations get ready for grants, find federal, state, local and foundation opportunities, organize applications, and manage awards after they are made. It includes a Grant Readiness Score, a program catalog, live Grants.gov listings, requirement matrices read from funding notices, award calendars, budget tracking, deadline reminders and an AI assistant ("Charis").
GrantPath prepares and checks applications. It does not submit them for you, and it does not guarantee eligibility or an award.
Early access. GrantPath is in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the Service may have errors or interruptions. We will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what you pay for.
Not a government or funder service. GrantPath is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated for Grants.gov, SAM.gov, the National Institutes of Health, the Small Business Administration, the IRS or any funder or agency.
3. Accounts and organizations
- Keep your sign-in details confidential, and tell us right away at info@agilegnosis.com if you think your account has been used without permission.
- Information in an organization is visible to every member of that organization, except Charis conversations, which only the person who had them can see. Owners and admins decide who is invited and what role each person has. You are responsible for the people you invite and for what they do in your organization.
- Give us accurate account information and keep it current.
4. Fees and billing
- Plans and limits. Your plan's price and limits, including how many organizations and people it covers and how much AI use it includes, are shown in the app on the Billing page. A plan belongs to the person who subscribes and covers organizations that person owns, as described there. To keep the Service reliable for everyone, we may also apply reasonable daily safety limits, shown in the app when you reach them.
- Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance by Stripe, monthly or yearly as you choose, and renew automatically until you cancel. Founding seats bought at agilegnosis.com keep the terms they were sold with. Any introductory or founding offer in the app lasts for the period shown when you sign up, after which the plan's regular price applies.
- Add-on packs. Add-on packs are one-time purchases of extra AI use. They don't expire while your account is open and are used only after your plan's included allowance for the period.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on the Billing page, or by emailing info@agilegnosis.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Refunds. Fees are not refundable, including for partly used billing periods and unused add-on packs, except where the law requires a refund or we charged you in error. If you were charged in error, email us within 60 days and we will make it right.
- Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to an existing subscription.
- Taxes. Prices don't include taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.
5. Your content
"Your Content" is everything you or your organization put into the Service: organization profile and readiness answers, uploaded funding notices and award documents, applications, requirements, budgets and spending records, notes and chat history.
- You own Your Content. We claim no ownership of it.
- Our limited license. You let us host, copy, process, transmit and display Your Content only to run, secure and support the Service for you, including sending it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy (for example, our AI provider to read a document you upload).
- We don't sell Your Content or use it for advertising. We don't use it to train AI models.
- Your responsibility. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload Your Content, including funding notices, award agreements and the contact details in them.
6. AI features
The Service uses artificial intelligence to read funding notices and award documents, extract requirements and dates, and answer questions.
- Review everything. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Confirm every requirement, deadline, budget rule and reporting date against the funding notice, the award terms and the funder's own guidance. Dates taken from your award document take priority over GrantPath's default rules, but you remain responsible for meeting the real deadlines.
- Web lookups. Charis can search and read public web pages to answer a question. You can switch this off in the assistant.
- Not professional advice. Readiness scores, fit categories and Charis's answers are decision aids. They are not legal, accounting, tax or audit advice, and they don't guarantee eligibility or an award.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law or regulation, or any funder's rules;
- submit false or misleading information to a funder, or misrepresent your organization's eligibility, finances, status or past results;
- upload material you have no right to share, or malware;
- try to probe, scan or break the security of the Service or another organization's data;
- overload the Service or get around its limits or access controls;
- copy, resell or rebuild the Service, or scrape it, except for exporting Your Content; or
- use the Service to build a competing product.
We may suspend access that violates this section or puts the Service, other customers or third parties at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
8. Grant data and third parties
The program catalog and live listings come from public sources such as Grants.gov and from funders' published information. We pass this information along as-is. Programs, eligibility rules and deadlines change, so confirm them with the funder before you apply. Third-party sites we link to have their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.
9. Our property
The Service, including its software, design, catalog, scoring methods and trademarks, belongs to Gnosis Concepts Inc. and its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms while your account is active. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
10. Ending your account
- You can stop using the Service at any time. An organization's owner can delete the organization in its settings. To close your account entirely, or to make sure uploaded files are removed too, email info@agilegnosis.com from the account's email address. We will handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your payment fails and isn't fixed within 14 days, or if the law requires it. If we discontinue the Service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a chance to export Your Content.
- Sections 4 (amounts owed), 5, 6, 9 and 11 through 14 continue after your account ends.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that grant data will be accurate or complete, or that using the Service will win you any grant.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, grants, funding or data, even if told they were possible; and
- our total liability for all claims about the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.
These limits don't apply to your payment obligations, to either party's fraud or willful misconduct, or where the law doesn't allow them.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Gnosis Concepts Inc. against third-party claims, and the resulting losses and reasonable legal fees, that arise from Your Content, from applications or reports you submit, or from your violation of these Terms or the law.
14. Disputes and governing law
- Texas law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- If a dispute comes up, email us first at info@agilegnosis.com, and we will both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
- If we can't, the state and federal courts in Bexar County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to them. Either party may still seek urgent court relief to protect its property or data.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
16. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in a merger, acquisition or sale of the business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
